Resident

For tenants

The tenant portal is one screen with your lease on it. Sign your contract on your phone, see which cheques have been banked, open your documents, raise a maintenance request and ask to move out — without emailing anyone for a copy of anything.

What you can and cannot do

You can

  • Read your active lease: the unit, the dates, the rent, the deposit and the payment frequency.
  • Sign your tenancy contract on your phone, and download the contract afterwards.
  • See your cheque schedule with each cheque's due date and status.
  • Open your documents and your Ejari certificate through links issued to you.
  • Raise a maintenance request with photographs and videos, and follow it as it moves.
  • Reply on a maintenance thread when the owner has switched replies on for it.
  • Submit a move-out request — early, on time, or an extended stay — and see the decision and its note.
  • See utility bills that have been recharged to you, where any have been.

You cannot

  • Change a cheque status, the rent, the lease dates or anything else on the contract. The record is read-only to you.
  • See another tenant, another unit, or anything about the building you do not live in.
  • See a service charge, or a utility bill that is not recharged to you.
  • Approve your own move-out request. You submit it; the decision is made on the owner's side and you are shown it.
  • Reach any other part of the product. A tenant account has one destination.

Questions

No. It is a website, and it is built to be used on a phone. There is no mobile app today.

The others

The same record, seen from elsewhere

One unit, one record, and three accounts looking at it. What each of them can reach is decided in the database rather than by which screen they were sent to.
